When will my order be shipped?
If you have paid with IDEAL, credit card, paypal or afterwards on account with Klarna and ordered before 15:00, we will ship your order the same working day .
Orders placed after Friday 15:00, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday and delivered on Tuesday .

When do I receive my order?
As soon as we have shipped your order you will receive a shipping notification from us, from then on the following shipping time applies:
1 working day - parcels within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany
2 working days for delivery at a Belgian collection point.
Of course, the above is an indication of PostNL and we cannot give you any guarantee with regard to the delivery on the basis of this information.
Can I also pick up my order?
Yes, you can, choose Pick up in step 2 of the checkout at the delivery method. You can then pick up your order within 1 hour on working days within our opening hours from 08:30 to 16:00.
No shipping costs will be charged for the pick-up order.
Delivery by postNL at home address
Your order will be offered 1 x at home, after which your order will go to the nearest post office for collection. Missed a parcel deliverer and didn't receive a non-at-home note? That's right, from now on PostNL will inform you digitally about your package, you will be informed by e-mail when you can pick up your package.

Pick up at a PostNL pick-up location
You can follow the order via the track and trace when your order has been delivered to the pick-up location, you can pick it up. Your order will remain at the collection point for a week , if it is not collected, the order will be returned to us.
Pick up at parcel and letter machine
You can follow the order via the track and trace . As soon as your package is in the machine, you will receive a unique code via text message and e-mail. This allows you to open the secure locker in which the package is located within 72 hours . If you do not collect your order within 72 hours, it will be returned to us.
Packages larger than 70 x 35 x 50 cm cannot be delivered to a machine and are sent to a PostNL collection point. Even when the machine is full, your package will be delivered to a collection point, always check your track and trace.

What happens if an order is not picked up?
If your order is not picked up, PostNL will return this shipment to us, for which PostNL will charge us for package costs. When your order is returned to us for this reason, we will issue a credit for the order and charge €5.95 in return costs.
If you are not at home during the week, we request that you choose a collection point or delivery to a different delivery address.
