Our concept We believe in minimalism, where 1 simple toy can replace at least 5 other toys. Modern families are tidy and conscious when consuming. We believe in nature, where everything is beautiful and safe. We use solid wood to make our toys and non-toxic water-based paint. Every step of our production is handmade. We believe in open-ended play where a child chooses the way to play their own toys. Open-ended free play helps our children to become active and creative human beings.

Where does Avdar Toys come from?

Avdar Toys is a young brand with a multicultural background developed by Evgeny (from Russia) and Lulu (from Mongolia). Evgeny always wanted to work with wood, we often talked about having a small studio, or wanting a wood workshop in our town, but all dreams came true when we became parents. In 2016 we made our first wooden rack for our son, and that was the beginning of our story.

How do Avdar Toys wooden toys stay beautiful?

We recommend gently wiping the toy with a slightly damp dumping cloth. Keep your toys away from humidifiers and heaters, as they are made of solid wood, deformations may occur. For the toy that has been coated with linseed oil, after wiping it down with a rag, use linseed or coconut oil to re-coat it. It must be completely dry before coating.
